The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, phone number, organisation name, the product you are interested in, and the message you write.

We do not collect anything else automatically. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or pixels that follow you around the web. We do not buy data about you from anyone, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

We collect this information only so we can reply to your enquiry. That is the only purpose.

Your submission is stored in a database we control. It is also emailed to info@freshexe.com so someone on the team can respond.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your information entirely.

This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. The underlying framework may set a session cookie strictly needed to keep the site working, and that is all.

erp.freshexe.com, schools.freshexe.com and qr.freshexe.com are separate services. Each has its own terms and privacy arrangements. This policy covers freshexe.com only.
